Special Initiatives Coordinator
He is a tireless community organizer and grassroots advocacy leader. As such, Devin has worked on expansion of access to the lifesaving drug Naloxone, implantation of 911 Good Samaritan policies in his community, and the expansions of youth recovery oriented systems. He also has been featured in the IBX Foundation’s Someone You Know public health campaign in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
In 2015, he established Brotherly Love House, a recovery residence in Philadelphia. Devin received a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice with a focus on community and organizational change and has a BA in Human Services from Lynn University. Devin also serves on the Philadelphia Mayor’s Task to Combat the Opioid Epidemic and the Camden County Addiction Awareness Task Force.
