Free Yoga Class
Recovery from substance use, mental health disorders, and trauma of any kind requires healing for the mind, body, and spirit. In this class we focus on creating a safe space for sharing one’s experiences by cultivating a recovery community with one another. Linking breath and movement while allowing thoughts and emotions to rise and watching as they dissipate is an incredibly powerful way to open up the recovery process for oneself. The yoga practice is beginners-level, yogis of any level are welcome!
