We offer a range of educational activities for partner organizations and community members wanting to enhance their programs. Not everyone knows how to reduce stigma, how to engage in advocacy, or how to support their loved ones. Our training programs help address these key issues to make sure we are all recovery-informed!

Stigma and Bias
Our half-day training on stigma and bias will teach you about positive language, discrimination, and the common barriers to initiating and sustaining recovery!
Recovery Advocacy
Recovery advocacy is as much of an art as it is about passion.  Our advocacy 101 training will have you ready to engage legislators, policy makers, and community leaders!
The Science of Recovery
You’ve probably learned about addiction, but what do you know about the science of recovery? This half day training will focus on emerging research on the process.
Organizational Trainings
All of our trainings can be delivered at your organization with advanced scheduling. Depending on the number of attendees and length requested, our training classes are affordable. On average, half day classes for 25 people are $1,000.00. We also offer grants and fee waivers for non-profit organizations.
Community Trainings
Community trainings are offered regularly at our drop-in center. There is a small registration fee ($10.00) per person to cover the cost of materials, and we offer fee waivers so cost is never a barrier to attending. Please register in advance as our trainings fill up quickly! If you would like to schedule a community training, please contact us directly.
