At Unity, we take a non-clinical, peer support approach to individual recovery and/or re-entry support services. In partnership with our peer support specialists, you will work to develop your own recovery and/or re-entry plan that fits your personal goals. Plans often focus on education, housing, employment, and health with short and long-term goals that you identify in collaboration with your peer. We also never charge for our individual peer supports, keeping access to critical services available for everyone.

Services are available for individuals as well as family members and loved ones. You can complete the enrollment form below for yourself, for a loved one, or as a provider making a referral on behalf of an individual.
